On Sat. July 22nd Stanmore retained the Lines Challenge Cup, played against Mill Hill B.C. each season with home and away legs, of 4 mixed triples,

Starting the home leg 14 shots down, we regrouped after tea and three rinks won; 28-9; 21 -10 and 15 -12, with one loosing rink 16 -23, so a cumulative score of 80 shots to 68, a win by + 12.
